Cured salmon myself for the first time. Surprisingly easy and tastier than store bought. A LOT cheaper as well. Homemade bread with some butter and this is all you need. I’m aware of the shadow, too lazy.

Almost lost my starter again due to neglect. I guess I didn’t get it back to full health since the first bread kinda looks like a sad fart cushion. Need to start baking more and get back into the groove again.
