I personally feel that weight loss meds should be reserved for those whose body mass limits them from exercising safely or have health issues that make wl harder than normal

Exercise to begin with and end up projecting it onto others:/ . Exercise should be primarily for health and wellness, if you find pleasure in exercising that’s just a plus! Let fat people do whatever they need and if that involves using wl assistance then just…🤫

Also, I hate that there’s like a humiliation aspect to it all, it’s like you’re not allowed to use wl assistance of any sort because you should want to punish yourself via rigorous exercise and diet as punishment for being fat. I think this mindset is why most people have poor relationships with

I’ve seen ppl on the internet get harassed into admitting or being shamed into sharing / explaining why they chose to use wl meds and I just think there’s something abt this that is so fcked up. If you’re a fitness influencer, definitely you owe your audience transparency, but outside of that…😗

Like it always goes back to the fact that people hate fat people/being fat lol. People will complain/judge the weight loss path a person chooses when they themselves are not implementing any paths for themselves or use the gym as a weird unhealthy coping mechanism (ex going to the gym as punishment)

I really hate ppl judging ozempic, wegovy, etc… bc losing weight is fcking HARD. Especially if you’re on the heavier side. your body can be physically limited when you are large and any kind of assistance that helps you lose weight without causing strain/pain is a win imo.
