This incident was confirmed on the People over Papers web site. I'm not sure what the exact temperature was at 2:00 this afternoon here in the Twin Cities, but it was not shorts weather (I'm guessing it was around 12 degrees with a stiff wind). This has got to stop. iceout.org/reportInfo/8...
