I never said unguided. Supportive psychotherapy is a must, more than any physical intervention. And I am a parent and was actually terrified of having to deal with the issue directly. Gay kids would be a walk in the park by comparison.

Are we? I have seen some pretty inconclusive stuff and think more hard data is needed. As a parent, I would have hated to interfere with healthy young bodies' development. Another question is what this study actually will be able to determine, and what it won't.
