Agree to disagree. Each test I have done I have learned something new, made something new and typically gifted it to someone. Knitting brings me peace, it's not work to me and if I can help someone in the process by either testing or gifting it's all good.

I am a test knitter and I have never once thought of myself as free labor. I have learned many new techniques doing this and would like to think I also helped tweak any questionable parts in a pattern.
