This idea comes from three books: "Existential Psychotherapy" by Yalom, "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People," and "Man's Search for Meaning."

Despite this, I have tried to stay productive by taking on many different jobs and starting a startup, a YouTube channel, and online courses. I have also been working as a freelancer. In addition, I have been learning English and adopted a cat.

Everyone asks me about learning german and finding a job, but I am struggling with depression and find it difficult to go out, even for groceries.

During these years, I have struggled with feeling isolated and disconnected from others. While I had many connections and a sense of community in Iran, I have found myself feeling alone since coming to Germany.

I am a 31-year-old woman from Iran. After three years of struggling with depression, I have now started to make positive changes in my life so that I can become independent again and achieve my dreams.
