Let's test Sentinel-2 for night lights! This is a long-term dream of mine come true. Sen-2 sensors are not designed for night acquisitions, but we will try what they can do and see. Ouray National Wildlife Refuge and its region in Utah, USA. Sentinel-2 quarterly mosaics + agri growth stage. Red: vegetation peak early in the year. Green: Vegetation peak in summer. Blue: vegetation peak in autumn. White: no peak. Black: no vegetation

Sentinel-2 images of the region are cloudy, Sentinel-1 is not trivial to interpret, but the image does suggest widespread flooding immediately downstream. Definitely no major loss of upstream water level link.dataspace.copernicus.eu/l4iz
