Today I hit a bit of a progressive milestone. In running I have 253 races, but since a car accident in 2020 I have struggled to get my speed back. Also I just turned 60 so there’s that. But in three weeks time I have got my 5K time down from 35:30 to 30:42! I will be under 30 minutes very soon!
