It's 170 years later, and I know from probing my Teta's Peshitta with my very diligent and pointed inquiries that they would have known the referent of the revelation of 2 Maccabees 5:4, and had no reason to kneel to any murderer who thought they knew the will of God.

I'm anti-semitophobic because there's nothing to fear in our Semitic language games other than an ignorant Other's warped interpretation of the product of those fearful iconoclasts who severed the lexicosemantic chain of signs/signifiers/signifieds to the root of the covenant.

I think even the three Saints Massabki in my family tree who were martyred by Muslims in Damascus weren't afraid of "Islam," which they knew was an absurd Semitic heresy which will resolve when the Truth comes back around to crush falsity and injustice.
