Not sure if this card would work in well in Yu-Gi-Oh today due to Rituals still being slow but after seeing the support Megalith got I wanted to do a Nouvelles card.

Best ways to win is negating their attack or make them run out of the spell to summon Exodia. The card that heals them is the only one to really watch out for. Bait out exodia negates and usually the two obliterates.

For all the people who watched MBT play Tistina today, just know the deck he made was absolutely horrible. Without this one card you can't otk, and in literally every game where he summoned a rank 10 he could've probably just won.
A favorite deck of mine for fun. Not great but better than that.
