This genuinely hurts my heart. The fact that we got so little of the five, with no backstory. The little that we got was humiliating.

I hope they do, because you're correct. Cinder, Thunderfang and the five need more screen time. Dragons Rising season one did a good job with Beatrix and Jordana, same with a little bit of season two. Their stories cannot end when they've barely had enough time to shine.

We don't know what happens to them in the finale, for all we know their souls might return to their bodies, like.. teasing their return
