I've used the platform for dozens of sites over the last ~15 years. Feel free to reach out with any questions about it. I'll check on the weekend, but I may have a sandbox site setup if you want to poke around. If the eCommerce isn't set up, I can throw it on there too.

Concrete CMS has a great community maintained eCommerce package. $0.00 for the package and assuming Stripe or Paypal, the only fees are when payments are processed.
