Micah has been elite, but this defense was not impressive with him. All season long they've made mid quarterbacks look great, and they've gave up a handful of game winning drives at the end and can't stop anybody. Reminds me of the previous DC

It's beginning to look like a Joe Berry's defense. Make mid quarterbacks look great, and there's been a handful of times this year did they just let the offense drive down the field and score for the win.

Just don't understand his philosophy this year. He just wants to control the clock but the main purpose of football is to score more points. Why is he afraid to score points?

So why does he overthink everything now and slow it down? He’s not fully tapping into his players’ strengths or letting their talent shine the way he could.
Someone needs to ask him why he keeps dialing back the pace when Jordan was elite in a fast system.

Just finished the podcast, and I’ve got thoughts. I think Matt LaFleur is a great coach, but I don’t get the self-sabotage. The story goes he loved Jordan Love back at Utah State—especially his sophomore year when they ran one of the fastest, up-tempo offenses.
