Finch has been helpful with keeping on top of my goals, which are pretty simple right now, but it's got a lot to choose from and is highly customizable. Has a lot of tools to assist with mental health and self care too. Its not perfect, but it has been effective.

Random holiday trauma memory

Aunt got me a picture frame that said Friends. I said TY but I don't have any friends to put in it.

Instead of being sad and comforting me for being lonely, she got offended saying "Well I'll give it to [cousin] then. She has lots of friends."

A recurring convo w/self:
Me: Whats that futuristic movie w Tom Cruise where murders are a red ball.
me: Murder ball.
Me: No, remember the 1st time we did this. Thats a movie w ppl in wheelchairs playing an extreme sportsball.
me: Oh yeah. So what's it called? Red ball?
Me: No. Minority Report.

I had to push a dead car up my driveway today and my shoes were not appropriate and they slipped right off and I was hanging onto the trunk like a banana with hands. Then a nice couple who spoke Spanish came to my rescue.
