It’s the best ver of the classic MM formula imo. Also I think 6 is great and deserves more love. All the later NES games due tbh but especially 6. And for a curve ball, I really like MM & Bass. It’s in my top 5 and everyone hates that game lol.

X4 is pretty good. OST, levels, powers, and the controls are all on point and I love playing as Zero. It’s not my absolute fav but I see why it is for others. Personally I think 11 is underrated. It’s my fav with 3, X2, and X closely behind. 11 has some of my fav powers, robot masters, and levels.

No problem. Multiple things related to Grasshopper all did some dumb stuff recently so I’m just trying to clear things up and not everyone knows what’s going on with them. Don’t know what will happen in the future but as of right now Grasshopper seems to be in the clear. Hope it stays that way lol.

Hotel Bar was made by Swery and his studio White Owl. Suda just came up with some character/story ideas. They said Romeo won’t have AI. Not blaming you for skepticism though as this and the new Let It Die AI thing. Grasshopper also didn’t have anything to do with that as GungHo owns the LID IP lol.

Night Striker Gear. M2 made sequel to the 80s arcade game. OST by Zuntata, great sprite art, multiple game modes and routes, directed by the guy who dir Rad Silvergun and Ikaruga. If you want the closest thing to a modern Treasure game, can’t go wrong here.

Yeah X8 is better than the 3 before but the gimmicks of bad vehicle levels or levels where it’s super dark are not fun lol. Not counting the intro/Sigma levels there are 3 regular MM platforming stages out of the 8. Crazy how I’m like the levels where you can’t see are still better than X5-X7 lol.

Microsoft wasn’t involved. Dotemu approached Koei Tecmo (the IP holders) and then they got The Game Kitchen to make Ragebound. The other 3D NG Games are also fine afaik. It’s the upcoming NG 4 that MS is publishing. Also Ragebound is really good and worth playing if you get the chance.

Well when the Saudi gov own the company and have one of their guys on the board of directors at SNK, this was always a possibility. Either the guy who said that was lying the whole time for good PR, or they were actually hands off until now.

This seems less like SNK decides this and more like the Saudi gov who owns them made some calls. Especially considering Ronaldo and Salvatore’s ties to them. Still a bummer nonetheless.

They haven’t shown that much of the game still and both trailers featured way more Yakumo so I’ll reserve judgement until the game comes out. I do understand the concern though and I hope they do have more than just the Dragon Sword.

Well adding them was a decision by the Saudi Arabian gov since they own SNK but it sucks regardless. Also every other character I think looks way better visually and animation wise so I don’t know what happened here.
