The @utaustinaaup.bsky.social, its @academemagazine.bsky.social, and its unions, are not the future of HE for students. The AAUP principally protects faculty employees, its dues-paying and voting members. These are employees, not enrollees, though both suffer the #AAUP's assumption of an HEI model.

The @texasaaup.bsky.social was founded during the peak of professional service and stewardship for the social goods of law and medicine, yet #Dewey, #Lovejoy, and the rest of the #AAUP minds were and remain ignorant of a professional model for HE - a basic intellectual, stewardship failure.

The @stanfordaaup.bsky.social is proud of its holy trinity - T, SG and AF - presenting the labor tools as natural, essential parts of HE. This trivium is the consequence of the institutional assumption by which the #AAUP has come to define itself and so HE. This is quite absurd and irresponsible.

American Assoc of University Professors (www.aaup.org) has new Comment Rules that exclude all thought expressed in any way using AI. These halfwits can't even pass a basic critical thinking test: attack the thinking, the argument, not the source. A useless, no, harmful organization that needs to go.
