I was part of a wedding in the late 1990s that was Babylon 5 themed and they used a version of the Declaration of Principles in the ceremony. Also - the cake was decorated with an amazing image of the B5 station. (FYI, we were NOT teenagers!)

That's a tough call. There are a lot of Easter Eggs in Season 1 that make the rest much richer!
