Interesting. I’m sure you have a greater sense of Rubio’s behavior than I have. But, at the start of Trump’s 2nd term, he carried at least a perception of legitimacy that was far and way stronger than Trump’s other cabinet picks. My point is that he’s lost all of that in the public eye.
