The new metro link should go to Bolton instead of Stockport. there is already a less than 10 minute train from Piccadilly to Stockport.
If Bolton can use tram/train link than so can Stockport.

I just read the government is offering 'voluntary chemical castrations' to sex offenders in exchange for serving their sentence in the community. Now I don't like sex offenders however I also don't think we should be trading freedom for humanity.

My LBS won't rebuild my wheels with a dynamo hub because they are Hunt wheels.
It sucks because I want to support bike shops, but there is a constant air of snobbery if your components are not up to their 'standards'.

Got myself an aluminium Dutch pot. Curry is much better than from my deep frying pan. I would recommend it!

Am about to finish a 1 month on call rota. I haven't been able to camp or go on a long bike ride since February. I won't do on-call again. The joy of time in the outdoors is more than any monetary sum can produce.
