I'm certain it's Theo-driven. Theo is also a top-100 name, and there are surprising numbers of other Theo names like Theophilus, Theodoros and Theoden. But Teddy is quietly rising. Some of those Theodores will upend their parents' plans by ultimately choosing Teddy.
