I remember a news story about a cop who confiscated some weed brownies and then him and his wife ate them and then they had a bad panic attack and called 911 thinking they were going to die.

Cocaine is also "legal" in that it is a schedule 2 drug. Meaning it has a known medical use. It's used as a local anesthetic in various face surgeries.
I'm not certain what schedule ketamine is but it is only "legal" in the same sense.
