Hola, gracias por tus amables palabras. Solo nos quedan 13 copias de 300 vinilos, así que envíanos un mensaje a través de Bandcamp. Seguro que podemos hacer un trato.

I noticed the exact same thing ! Have a Dutch issue but might get a UK one day - such a special record . What's his actual shop called btw ?

Lovely that. First time hearing the Volante. Nice tape like saturation.
Also, is there anything sonically better than the sound of a telecaster being strummed across the bridge pickup..

For what it's worth, this was the book I received from Grant McLemnan's collection on purchasing the G stands for Go Betweens Vol. 2 box set.
Haven't read it yet though..

Keep telling yourself that. Oh , I forgot I have the deluxe box as well !

Think I may have the same 'problem' - have a og '68 UK mono, 70s UK stereo, late 70s Dutch stereo, mid 80s German DMM white vinyl stereo and the 2014 mono all analogue cut.
Also 3 CD versions ('87, '09 stereo and mono).

Valois restaurant in Hyde Park (close to Hyde Park Records), top of the Willis Tower if with kids and I'd second the Architecture boat tour. Record shops wise, the favourite on my trip was Torn Light Records

Love is in Motion is the gem of a track that made me pick this LP up. Great chorus.

Took me ages to get him. Tupelo Honey was the first album that I loved from start to finish but know what you mean

If you're not fussed about having the UK pressings, I'd recommend picking up a Dutch Son of Anastasia - significantly cheaper & sounds great. Same with US Half Baked. Had the UK Vertigo but no difference when played next to a US pressing. Unfortunately, no such options for this 3rd LP..

Oh yes - I remember you mentioning that it's likely been used by McCartney at AR 😯.
Take it there's no signal from those jacks then. Maybe a good set up is all that's needed rather than messing around with new internals / preamps . Yours has always sounded really good.

What kind of mod is that Joe ? Looking at one of those retrofyler type preamps you pop in for my Rhodes, but it just sits behind the regular faceplate and jacks.

The SR even had the og RVG stamper

From recent pick ups in Rotterdam shops of Dutch pressings (Jimmy Campbell, Sonny Rollins, Millennium, Gene Clark) and which all sound really excellent, I'd say they were just good at pressing records at that time. See also 70s & 80s German pressings..

Ha. Yeah, got the obligatory pebbles comps as well but these were my preference - UK psych with a big pop heart- they sounded and looked great too
