Here's an idea, have Glenn Kirshner file an amicus brief proposing overturn Loving v Virginia. I'm sure Justice Thomas would support that 100%. The last 3 justices are going exactly what Leo Lenard and the Federalist Society instructed them to do to get their nominations.
