Portfolio advice, from a lead who hires Concept Art

(Originally a twitter thread I wrote before the site self imolated)

I wrote this after a weekend of portfolio reviews-

1. Like a maths exam, please please show your working. I want to see thumbs options, mid options and of course a final design.

Junonia is a Hobgoblin, Smuggler Wizard.

Her spell book is made of carved teeth, ivory & shells that she wears across her body & hair.

Her wetsuit is made by the drow from giant nudibranch leather.

Inspiration for her coat is a 1947 Charles James evening coat.

As Brian's manager, I will say he is a joy to work, can cover a super diverse range of subjects - Excellent at 3d & 2d, more importantly really lovely.

He also paints great bats.

He'd be an asset for any team.
