when I went through it (ORD>LIS>MAD, late August) the passport stuff was busy but it didn't take longer than an hour if I had to guess. the main problem is the planes don't park at gates, they park on the tarmac and you have to get loaded on a bus and driven to the terminal

allegedly it's their new business class product but I've only flown on the old one (A340 in 2024)

well great that means I can just get TAP business for half the price! (I already did it last year and it was fine but the Lisbon airport sucks)
