This reads like a very ill person, not serious claims.

This reads like a very ill person, not serious claims.
Rudy 100% hits him in the head. Getting hit in the nose with a downward hit like that would most likely result in exactly the reaction we see. That was a foul. You can see rudy's arm literally move his hair as he sweeps down his face.

This appears to be the relevant passage. I don't doubt DOJ will try to revive the case. But the fact that no valid indictment was every obtained prior to the expiration of the statute of limitation would seem to doom that effort.
