Have you tried the lessons on chess.com? I like the pacing of them. I try to watch then play a game or two to apply what I learn. It’s a slow process, but I went from 500 avg to 800 avg in a few weeks.

Don’t mind draws unless they ask for a draw like every other move. I like when people don’t resign so I can practice my endgame. I don’t mind an attempted scholar. I usually end up better off because of it. And stalling is the worst. Terrible etiquette. I always report it lololol
