Tengai Makyo IV sadly doesn't have one that I'm aware of but I know another Saturn hidden gem RPG is (Cyber Doll). In fact the same person who is doing SGGG is doing it

Tokimemo 1 (Sega Saturn), Tokimemo 2 (PSX), Sakura Wars 3 (Dreamcast), and Like a Dragon Kenzan! all have active fan translation projects in development btw

If she is into emulation, or possibly has a Sega Saturn, Sakura Wars 1 and Sakura Wars 2 have been fan translated. Tokimeki Memorial's Saturn version is also getting fan translated.

Sega will officially be hosting Sakura Wars Art Festival 2025 across Japan this month (I wish I was in Tokyo rn...)

I hope Key and WFS eventually release offline version of HBR. I think a lot of people would enjoy this game without gacha elements. Heck it wouldn't be hard cause HBR barely feels like a gacha game.

Thankfully there are ways to play DL nowadays thanks to private servers but not all games are as lucky as DL. I just wish Nintendo and Cygames properly cared.
