Then I apply "CRT Filter for URP & PixelPerfect" shader from Unity asset store for the CRT effect which I've turned down, to make it subtle + played around with settings.

For the Sega megadrive version that's just what it looks like.

With the dithering effect, what do you mean? If you mean the CRT scanline effect, then the PC version, I have a shader I wrote that applies a post-process over the images to make the colour palette closer to the Megadrive.... continued below
