The state has outlawed the practice of landlords colluding to raise prices using rental software and AI.

They definitely look more blue at points than purple. This is because the skin has anthocyanin, which reacts strongly to pH changes. So blueberries in a soil with a more alkaline level will be more blue (sometimes VERY blue) and in more acidic soil will look more purple.

Been trying to explain why economy increasingly feels like it's running wholly on rich people passing each other same bag of money - innovation is stalled, unemployment is rising, but stock tickers are still somehow going up. This example captures the current state of our economy perfectly.
