Though like someone else mentionned, you should look for review and who has the better customer services for the tablet you want. I've heard X-Pen has a good customer service.

I use Gaomon that I bought for 350$CAD, works very well. Take more time to install but so far I have zero issues with it. I got it on sale but I know it's around 380$CAD + tax maybe? Which is less expensive than a cintq for sure.
