If they went for the first option, she'll act a bit less stiff around them now and even smile a bit sometimes.
The second option will have no effect like this, but still continues the romance path.
The third option will have her acting extremely cold and snappy towards Tav/Durge from now on.

Saying something negative about the rescue will have her tense up badly again, sigh, and make her way back to camp on her own.
Tav/Durge will lose a lot of approval with this. If it was not pretty high before, Ila might leave the next day.

Saying something positive about rescuing the grove will grant some approval, too. She'll agree and thank them for doing the right thing.

With both these options, after a short while of just standing there together, she'll gesture towards the camp and quietly walk back there with them.

Without looking at them, she'll then ask them how they feel.
Being honest and talking about them being scared, stressed, determined, whatever, will grant Tav/Durge a good chunk of approval.
She'll not add anything to what they said. But for this small moment, she'll seem almost at ease.

She'll offer Tav/Durge to have a short walk away from the camp~ some fresh air, a bit less noise for a moment.
If Tav/Durge agrees, they'll see more of her tension melt away, the farther they get away from the camp. Ila will be breathing deeply and smile softly at the starry sky.
