I second this, with the caveat that shrinking the selection size by 1 or 2 pixels helps avoid color outside the lines too - you can also create 3 or 4 copies of the lineart layer, merge the copies, use that to do the fill, ans then hide the merged copies

Fineday has a good one which can be used wired (also has wireless and bluetooth) that looks like a typewriter keyboard. I havent used that model, but I have used their smaller wireless one with my tablet and it works great. Has lights, but they can be configured/deactivated and are not rgb
