When I lived in Nashville they closed often. No snow removal equipment to speak of, only enough to keep 65 & 40 sort of clear. And lot of low income kids didn't even own coats so they closed for frigid weather too. As a New Englander someone had to explain this to me. And after seeing them drive 👀
