As great as my last visit to the US was, I had the unfortunate experience of being detained upon entry, during which I had to hand over my phone. They went through my recent photos, app activity and messages, searching for certain terms and whatever else.

I only watched A Minecraft Movie because a friend had downloaded an unfinished version that turned it into an unintentionally funny fever dream.

Having a lot of fun with Dispatch. The story and characters are engaging; the animation is gorgeous; and the gameplay doesn't feel "thrown in".
All episodes are out, so I recommend picking it up naaaoowww.

Completed another "No Vigour" run on Elden Ring last night, this time, with no summons or Spirit Ashes. Absolutely infuriating at times, but so rewarding. I LOVE this game.

Spent my last day in Tasmania going for lunch in Richmond and then up Mt. Wellington in the afternoon. It even snowed. What a send-off.

The scariest game I’ve ever played is actually a mod for Half-Life 2 called Underhell.
The atmosphere it creates is super unsettling; exploring the house and its mysteries is both creepy and engaging; and the scares are so genuinely shocking that just recalling them makes me hesitant to revisit it.
