The council has settled on a legal challenge..... they are aware that they spied on parents.

For 5 months my son was shut in a windowless, unventilated room, away from his peers, given no work to do. The council took the decision, along with the school to hold an annual review last week without me. Agreements and decisions made without me or my son agreeing to any of it.

Same officers, same internal culture. People at the top may have changed, but those involved in spying on parents are still in post.
