I've lost motivation to eat.. I'm trying to eat but even foods I thought I was excited for I dread eating I haven't ate a full meal today I'm starving but I can't cook.. I force myself to eat the snack idk...

I now have access to thinner materials I didn't back then so I wonder if I can have more crisp pieces..
