We will have to agree to be at loggerheads here. My understanding of HVAC says otherwise. The non heat types of energy CAN be converted to heat - for sure, not in dispute here. To say there is no such thing as heat defies life experience of all of us - and is borderline sophistry.

AF is meant to convey the atrocity of Stalin regime. For that parallel to come so close to current events in the USA is troubling on so many front. (in the story the dogs are SSP - Soviet Secret Police - if it lifts it's leg in blind obedience, like a dog - it's a dog)
