We'll begin the evening with pickles and paté accompanied by our barrel aged cider, followed by cassoulet served with our barrel aged Pinot Noir beer wine hybrid and finishing with madeleines served alongside a very special cherry wine.

We’ll be adding a hefty dose of Fuggles & Goldings too for that all important earthy, spicy marmalade character & instead of our house culture it’ll be fermented with a traditional British ale yeast. It’ll be packaged into cask, of course, and will be available at the taproom as and when it’s ready.

From the early days in The Hanging Bat to Vault City and ultimately to Holy Goat, Johnny has fine tuned his approach to producing beer and in Holy Goat has created a truly unique bastion of the mixed fermentation scene in the UK.
