A member of the #Minnesota community has enhanced, stabilized, and highlighted both Alex's hands as well as the weapon on his hip. This collection of shots clearly shows Alex was NOT reaching for his weapon and that agents secured it BEFORE murdering him.

You can clearly see the agent pull Alex's gun off of his person before other, trigger-happy agents respond to the "gun" call and open fire.
