Yes, the fact that Trump had a credible chance to win in 2016 was both true and massively understated by the rest of the media, making it a useful insight by the person who made it.

Having two illegal guns instead of one is significant, because it doubles the number of serious crimes you have to commit before the main crime, and therefore doubles the opportunities LE have to catch you.

Right. The obsession people have with AI is going to make them an attractive target for hackers and scammers if they refuse to be thoughtful about this sort of thing.

I think this might be quite insightful in regards to how Elon overcooked Grok. Disturbing that it probably also gives him insight into how he could eventually make the plausible-sounding anti-woke LLM he wanted.

The logical thing to do in that case would be to use a different operating system. There are always teething pains when new software comes out, but giving random scripts you find access to your system in the hopes that it gets rid of the things you don't like has never been a recommended solution.

I'm just being realistic. If you don't want to run an open source OS that you have control over, then you're almost certainly better off running your OS as the developer intended than by downloading random tools you don't understand to delete random components you also don't understand.

Honestly if you find GitHub/Powershell opaque then you probably just need to trust the developers of the operating system to know what's best for you, rather than try to edit their product.

I do feel sorry for people who have learned one or more regular expression syntax. Very non-intuitive but powerful languages that are now completely useless to have committed to memory.

Of course, not only does the anti-AI community not "seem" to be interested in threading that needle, they openly tell us that they are not. Moreover, it's not even a needle that technically can be threaded, since all LLMs whether "generative" or not rely on the same technology and research.
