Richie Culver along with Steve from IC are the reason why I’ve been making music (noise) the last year. Underground king! New album on the way, spoken word voidcore with trap beats from Rainy Miller. Born by the Sea, Nerve Grid and Everything on Zero by Quiet Husband are some all timers for me.

Rachel Deakin is an incredible photographer who’s showing a film on the night. She photographed early IC shows. Recent work of landscapes are so good. They’ve done a lot of the scaffolding sessions with Mary Anne Hobbs. Quality stuff.

Incredible gig on Saturday with Industrial Coast at The Auxiliary. 6jjacob played a set of broken dubby techno, pulling out old Hessle Audio classics. Burning Pyre heady dubby trippy sounds. Tactical Pagan hard dubby industrial steppers. Demdike Stare construct a DJ set like I’ve never heard before.

A mix of artists who inspired me to start making noise from meeting them at gigs and hearing them play for Industrial Coast. Pale World, Iceman Junglist Kru, Mouth Wound, Bride, Quiet Husband. There is an unreleased track at the end of the mix from myself. It’s still the only place you can hear it.
