If this is a way to elminate DEI language from our performance plans, it's a pretty draconian way to do it. One gal mentioned her plan included language about 'treating everyone with respect'. Well there will be no more of that!!! Straight to jail for that monster.

They can take my federal job from my cold dead hands. I will not debase myself before these people to be taken advantage of and made an example for their benefit and no other. All my love to the Federal Worker's unions (including my own) who stood up and called out this power grab for what it was.

I think this is in keeping with the Project 2025 and Trump's previous administration playbook. They want to go hard early in the early days of the administration so they can spend the latter half gaslighting everyone into believing what they witnessed wasn't as bad as it absolutely was.
