It’s not a bad movie, not by a long shot, but it also doesn’t feel like a Benoit Blanc/Knives Out movie.

Either way, I do hope we get more movies in this series, I’d be a lot quicker to accept Wake Up Dead Man if the next movie brought back the silliness

It struck a good balance of fun and serious. Arguably Knives Out balanced the two tones better, but Glass Onion leaning more on the campy side was a positive for me. Having this pendulum swing almost entirely to the serious side made Wake up Dead Man feel like a spin-off movie rather than a sequel

Its commentary on faith and religion is nice and well handled, but as someone that gets the ick from Christianity, I’d much rather watch something like Midnight Mass.

I loved the hilariously on the nose theme of Glass Onion and the campiness of its cast
