My coaching season of baseball is over for 2025 and it's bittersweet. I get back 3 evenings of my week, but I miss the chaos. When the boys return next year, I will embrace the exciting new season, as next year will probably be my last, as most will move to high school ball 💙⚾ 😔

I have liked my cardiologist for past 4 years. After speaking with him yesterday about my HOCM, I realized he has no idea how to treat or manage my condition. Now I have to see a special specialist for my heart 🙄

So a crazy thing happened to me. I busted my arse in my driveway when I slipped on some residual ice/snow. I thought, "This is gonna hurt like hell tomorrow!" Now the crazy part; I had almost daily chronic low back pain prior to the fall, and now it's gone. I have been pain free to almost 3 weeks.

I was so excited for my boy to have puppy pjs. He was not as thrilled.
