Titles are like trinkets. Some are nice to have, but they don’t get the job done.

When your words and actions match, you become unstoppable. Or at least, harder to ignore in meetings.

Leadership isn’t a destination...it’s a never-ending hike.
You're always headed somewhere, but good luck finding the end of the trail. Just remember to keep your eyes, ears, and mind open so you can enjoy it and adjust along the way-
