The good burghers of Matlock are not happy about the retiming of a morning train. Have seen lots of gnashing of teeth locally. Shame as generally seems pretty good improvements from EMR, particularly Derby- Lincoln!

I agree the space means there is probably not enough space for segregated lanes but don't think it goes far enough in closing off side roads and banning taxis to make it safe for peds/cyclists and quick for buses.
