Those hero officers did everything they could. But what could they do to stop even one man with an AR15? The only safe storage is LEO custody. Civilians have no need for weapons, leave the guns for the professionals.

AR 15 bullets literally shred human flesh. If that bullet had really grazed his ear, the shock wave coming off the bullet would have liquefied his brain inside of its skull as it passed by.
