For nylig læste jeg nogle artikler om mistrivsel. Der stod bl.a., at halvdelen af landets børn plages af stress, og at næsten 40 procent af de unge har tænkt på selvmord. Det bemærkelsesværdige er, at disse artikler var 30 år gamle! Men hov, dengang var der jo hverken Instagram eller Snapchat!?

Mange politikere og debattører er hurtige til at udpege sociale medier som årsagen til mistrivslen blandt børn og unge. Men før vi forbyder det i børn og unges liv, vil det være klogt at se mistrivsle...
