1. Donkey Kong Country

Played this game for years, but this game is so fucking hard I just could never get far. Also, this game is secretly a horror game, with how stressful almost every single level is. That being said, still a fantastic time that I would recommend anyone play! 9/10

Gonna start the next one now. This year I'm looking to get back into the Yakuza series with playing the first 6 by the end of the year. And also catching up on all the new games that came out last year that I haven't played. Anyway, see you in the next thread!

Forgot to say something on the 1st, bit this is obviously the end of this thread. I'm surprised I got 50 things on here with some rewatches and replays too. A lot of good, some very very bad, but overall enjoyed the media I've experienced this year. Buffy was for sure the big stand out!

50. Smiling Friends Season 3

For a second, thought I'd be stuck at 49 new things, but totally forgot to throw this on here lol. Honestly might be my favorite season out of the 3. Every episode was great, though I liked the Allen episode over the Glep one, but it was still fantastic. 9/10

49. Metroid Prime 3: Corruption

Definitely my least favorite of the Prime Trilogy but still a great game in its own right. Could do without a bunch of the motion gimmicks, and the level design wasn't all there. It was also too easy, hypermode breaks this game in half. Still great tho. 8/10

48. Dispatch

Such a fun time. Really fun characters and great writing. Your choices actually feel like they have weight, and the strategy portion is really fun and addicting too! I need season 2 yesterday! 9/10

47. Dragon Ball Z Kai

Absolutely phenomenal piece of media. I can't believe it's taken me this long to finally watch this show. I've known about the story and characters for years, and even watched a handful of episodes, but nothing could've prepared me for peak! 10/10

46. Angel

Just as good if not better in some ways than the show it's a spin-off from. The character worl in both shows is second to none, tied with Avatar. Yes, that good. Aside from .maybe 2 characters, I could see any of these being someone's favorite. And that ending! Holy fuck! Peak! 10/10

45. Buffy the Vampire Slayer

Been waiting awhile to put this here. Just hard to find the right words to say. One of the best shows of all time. What starts as kinda campy, insane, but overall lackluster turns into one of the best experiences I have had in awhile. Spike is my goat! 10/10

44. Sonic Racing Crossworlds

You don't technically "beat" this game, but give rolled credits on it twice and feel like I have played enough of it to warrant putting it here. It's great, so much fun! Each course is so masterfully designed and delightful. Crossworlds mechanic rocks too! 9/10

I hope everyone playing it today has a fantastic time on Viewros and you get lost in the atmosphere

43. Metroid Prime 2: Echoes

Absolute masterpiece in Metroidvania design and a perfect sequel in my eyes. One that really tests your knowledge of the game's mechanics, all of them, all the time. Top 3 Meteoid game easy. I like it more than the 1st Prime. Can't sing enough praise for it! 10/10

Been trucking along in Metroid Prime 2, since I've never beaten it or Prime 3 before and I wanna do so before Prime 4 comes out. Masterpiece of a game so far, I think it might even be better than the first

Guys I might like this more than Prime 1, and I was not expecting to have that opinion. That game is peak, but this is just more peak somehow. Love the areas, the puzzles are super fun and clever, the vibes are super cool. The light and dark switching is really fun and engaging. So far 10/10

Every time I heard about that boss, it made me dread going up against it the farther I got. But I got it first try and kicked it's ass. Pretty fun fight tho, most have been. Some still range on the tanky side, but the use of the light and dark weapons makes them a lot more fun and varied to fight.

Exactly! Sonic 3 was amazing!

I actually haven't seen the new one yet. But I can already agree it'd have a more deserving spot than any of these
